Anonymous: you should consider making a theme blog, your themes are always so nice and simple and you're very talented! of course though, it's only a suggestion if you'd like to do it ^_^

i will definitely put that into consideration it would be quite fun for me and thank you ;;

Anonymous: hello, do you mind if i ask how/where you learned to make themes yourself? thank you!

this might be really difficult for me to explain since i pretty much taught myself and watched videos once in a while lol so i apologize in advance

but looking over this when you need help, it’s just the greatest thing in the world because it has EVERYTHING. when i first looked at that website i was super confused until i got the general idea of theme making you know <head> </head> <body> </body> <div id=”blah blah blah”></div> and all that confusing crap. i first started out editing other peoples themes that i would use, keeping the credit of course, until i finally started using base codes and making my own themes in early 2012. obviously you don’t want to completely copy another persons ideas, but looking at other people’s theme layouts, while you are making your own can give you a lot of help on where things are supposed to go. i have noticed a lot of people seem to use this website to help them create their desired theme even though i never really cared for it since i wanted more than the options it gives. i would really recommend using farahmir’s base code because it’s not completely plain, but it’s not really fancy either. finding fonts you want can be really difficult as well, but again if you have a favorite theme maker and you really like the font they use, then feel free to use it on your own theme because it is a public font not just their own. if you have any questions on specific parts of making a theme you can always ask me ^^
